The 10th Mountain Chapter, NSDAR, laid over 400 wreaths this week at three local cemeteries (Riverside Cemetery in Minturn, Cedar Hill Cemetery in Gypsum, and Sunset Cemetery in Eagle) plus Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, DC.
Ceremonial wreaths were also laid at 6 other local cemeteries and historical markers commemorating the 10th Mountain Division from WWII. Those locations were McCoy Cemetary in McCoy and Greenwood Cemetary in Redcliff, as well as Freedom Park Memorial in Edwards, Vail Memorial Park and the 10th Mountain Skier Statute in Vail, and the 10th Mountain Memorial at Tennessee Pass.
Remember, Honor, Teach!
